Service Description. This Site describes Landscaping, Lawn Care, Landscape Design, Irrigation Installation, Sprinkler Repair, Tree Removal, Tree Trimming, Sod Installation provided by Romeo Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://romeolandscapingandhardscapingllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Romeo Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Romeo Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Romeo Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Romeo Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Law and Venue. MD law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MD.
Modifications. Romeo Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
